J.D. Power and Associates again recognizes PEMCO for customer satisfaction excellence
For the third straight year, Lisa Coleno of J.D. Power and Associates returned to PEMCO and presented a trophy that certifies PEMCO's call center for providing "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience." Sherry Gutmann, PEMCO's customer services director, accepted the award at the January 9 ceremony and heaped praise on her customer service representatives. Steve Miller, PEMCO VP and chief operating officer, said the results "are incredibly heartwarming. They say PEMCO pays attention to customers in an outstanding way."
