Q: What happens to my Easy-Pay account if changes to my insurance policy affect my premium?
A: If a change affects your premium, we'll let you know before the new amount is deducted from your account.
Q: What happens to my Easy-Pay account if I change banks?
A: No problem! Just call us at 1-800-GO-PEMCO (1-800-467-3626)?for a new authorization form. Then complete and return it, along with a voided check or deposit slip from your new account. We'll coordinate your Easy-Pay deduction with your new bank.
Q: What happens to my Easy-Pay account if my payment day falls on a weekend or holiday?
A: Your deduction will be made on your bank's next business day.
Q: What happens to my Easy-Pay account if I don't have enough money in my account on the day of the deduction?
A: We'll resubmit the transaction. If your account still doesn't have enough money, we'll send you a letter and help you select a payment plan better suited to your needs.
