No problem! Just call us at 1-800-GO-PEMCO (1-800-467-3626) for a new authorization form. Then complete and return it, along with a voided check or deposit slip from your new account. We'll coordinate your EASY-PAY deduction with your new bank.

We'll resubmit the transaction. If your account still doesn't have enough money, we'll send you a letter and help you select a payment plan better suited to your needs.
