The navigational limits for PEMCO's Mariner Policy are within:

The contiguous United States (excluding Alaska) and Canada and all inland lakes, rivers, and navigable waterways therein.

For boats 26 feet and longer, 75 miles off the Pacific coast of either Vancouver Island or the Pacific coast of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska), but no farther north than the waters of Barkley Sound.

For boats less than 26 feet long, 12 miles off the Pacific coast of either Vancouver Island or the Pacific coast of the continental United States (excluding Alaska), but no farther north than the waters of Barkley Sound.
