You can report a claim anytime, 24 x 7, and you can go to pemco.com for customer service help in the evenings. Otherwise, please call our customer service representatives during normal working hours Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., holidays 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

What do I do if I have a claim to report on a weekend or holiday?

There's no need to wait until the weekend or holiday is over - you can report a claim 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Just call us at 1-800-GO-PEMCO (1-800-467-3626).
