Healthier option for Super Bowl grub

Super Bowl = TV viewing parties = fried, greasy food = unhealthy.
   That’s the stereotype, at least – football augmented with gobs of manly food like chips, dip, melted cheese, meat, and anything deep-fried.
   Chef Sara Moulton suggests a delicious, healthy alternative: buffalo chicken tenders that “keep the blood whistling through the old arteries.” Read the article and recipe that appeared in the Tri-City Herald.
