15% credit for auto insurance customers 

  • Automatically receive a 15% credit on your monthly auto premiums through October 
  • No action is required – you will see the monthly amount credited to your account.   
  • For those who pay monthly, you can expect to see the credit applied by the 15th of the following month. If you've paid in full, you will get a monthly refund check.  

Billing assistance for those in need 

  • We can help customers in financial crisis tailor flexible payment arrangements to fit their individual situations, depending on their payment methods and frequency. 
  • If you need individual assistance with billing, please call 800-467-3626 or chat online with our agents via your account.  

Extended coverage for driving for deliveries 

  • If you’re among the many people who are now being asked by employers to make personal deliveries or you’ve gotten a new job a with a delivery servicePEMCO has added temporary coverage for Washington and Oregon drivers who use their personal cars to deliver property for compensation.  
  • You automatically have this coverage, so no need to call or make changes online. Current policyholders can find details on the Policy page here

I just want to say that Carol in customer service help me out so much today she was very friendly and assertive to be honest she was the best costumer service person I've ever had help she was very detailed and clear in how she spoke I believe she Sayed she lived in Everett Washington, please give her a huge raise she made me want insurance for life with pemco.
