Water and sewer line protection
Covers repair costs for your water and sewer lines, both inside and outside of your home. If you discover a leak or rupture, NWC will send a plumber or contractor to diagnose and repair the issue. NWC coverage plans include the cost of digging, landscaping, driveway repair, hotel stays, water bill reimbursement, backup costs, and more.
Exterior Coverage
Water: Covers water lines between your home's foundation and the property boundary, meter, or well. Includes labor, parts, digging, landscaping, and driveway replacement.
Sewer: Covers sewer breaks or collapses between your home's foundation and the property boundary or septic tank. Includes labor, parts, digging, landscaping, driveway replacement, and backups.
Interior Coverage
Water: Covers hot and cold-water lines behind your walls, flooring, ceiling, and foundation.
Sewer: Covers sewer and gray water lines inside your home. Includes all drain lines behind your walls, flooring, ceiling, and foundation. Includes labor, parts, and drywall removal.

There is a 30-day waiting period once you sign up for coverage.
