PEMCO Internship Program

We're looking for inventive, passionate students with a diversity of perspectives who have one thing in common - a desire to make an impact. Whether that's working to improve our systems, process or tools or using Big Data approaches to support enhancing the customer or employee experience, you will sit at the intersection of building human-centered, business-focused and technology-driven solutions for PEMCO.

Program Details

  • Internships are posted here (Typically from January to May)
  • Start dates are in May or June with internships lasting around 12 weeks
  • On-the-job development and meaningful work assignments that make an impact
  • Competitive compensation with subsidized bus pass
  • Must attend a university/college in the Pacific Northwest (Juniors and Seniors preferred)

PEMCO Gateway Program

PEMCO's Gateway Program is an opportunity for college students to gain experience in a corporate setting, work over holiday and school breaks, with incentives for returning each year. You’ll start as a Customer Support Associate in our award-winning Customer Service department. You don't need to have a degree or be an insurance expert, you just need to be hard-working and enjoy helping others.

Program Details

  • Opportunities are posted here, typically from January to May
  • Start dates are in May or June, to last approximately 12 weeks, with opportunities to return during holiday and school breaks
  • Start as a Customer Service Associate, with incentives for returning the next year
  • In house training and paid Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Competitive compensation with subsidized bus pass
  • Must attend a university/college in the Pacific Northwest (Freshman and Sophomores preferred).
